Hello I need help with consuming foods with less sugar. I usually exceed by 30 grams or more. What's sweet with low sugar? Does exercise help burn it off? Drinking a lot of water?

Hey guys I did Squat and leg exercises and I know I'll be extremely sore tomorrow and most likely the next day. It's been almost an entire year since I did leg exercises. What can I do to alleviate the soreness? Is there something I can eat? Such as cherries etc.? Thanks guys

Late night Exercising
i have a crazy work schedule. I work 7 days a week. Mon.-Fri.:8:30am-10:00pm Sat.:8am-11pm Sun.:10am-10pm. It's not very stressful. I answer phones, have conversations and make deals. Training 4 competitive eating again
I'm currently outta shape. I resemble the dude in my profile pic. More or less. When I was doing competitions I was pretty thin. My weight @ that time was around 142. I have a small frame with most of my fat concentrated around my midsection. Any tips would be highly appreciated!
