Hello
I need help with consuming foods with less sugar. I usually exceed by 30 grams or more. What's sweet with low sugar?
Does exercise help burn it off? Drinking a lot of water?

Why? Sugar is just another carb .. Which your body needs to produce energy.
As long as you meet your fibre and eat at least 5 serves of veggies, it doesn't REALLY matter where the rest of your carbs come from.
If you really want to consume less sugars, try chocolate high in cocoa solids, (some are even sweetened with splenda). . low or no sugar greek yogurt .. cottage cheese with splenda and banana ..... hot chocolate.. cinnamon toast..0 -
Change your diary settings to track fiber instead. Both are just subsets of carbs but getting enough fiber is more important to overall health than avoiding eating a little extra sugar.0
