i have a crazy work schedule. I work 7 days a week. Mon.-Fri.:8:30am-10:00pm Sat.:8am-11pm Sun.:10am-10pm. It's not very stressful. I answer phones, have conversations and make deals. Most of the time I'm sitting in front of a computer. Because of this work schedule, I'll go to the gym late from 11:30pm-12:30am 4 times a week. Come home and shower afterwards; going to sleep around 1:00am-1:30am. I wake up around 8am and 7am on Saturdays. Will I eventually burnout? Could I still get in shape with this schedule?

Are you able to sleep well right after working out? I never could, so I avoid late night workouts. That being said, if you are sleeping well, and getting enough sleep, you could continue on with this schedule.

My biggest concern is that you simply aren't getting enough sleep, but some people don't need as much as others.

If you start to burn out you can shorten your workout. In the long term 20-30 minutes 4 times a week consistintly is better than an hour here and there.

Thanks for the input guys. Sleep is definitely a concern but so far I'm feeling well. I'll adjust my workout routines if I feel I have to.
