Over calories, middle of the day..!
Okay so I made mistakes eating and I'm -235. My daily goal is 1,250.. It's only 11:50am and I know I'm gonna need to eat something during the day (I'm at school until 9pm). What do I do!?

Queasy morning stomach
The past couple of days, I've been waking up with a REALLY queasy stomach for no apparent reason. I can barely down my vitamins with a glass of water. Luna Protein Bars!
Who here has tried them?? They're "for women", but they're so good.. I had a coconut chocolate and peanut butter chocolate one today (oops). The coconut one was 9g protein, 3g fiber, gluten free, 190 calories. A little high but I find them pretty yum.

Counting calories, throwing up, help?
I had a pretty queasy stomach this morning, so I stuck with my vitamins and some water. I'm a starter and I've heard a lot of people say they stopped eating rice and bread, while others said that you need it, and now I'm confused. Besides common sense of moderation, do you really think eliminating bread and rice from my diet will help a lot? Don't make fun of me :p

How can I not be so hungry all the time!? I'll have lunch, and around 2.5 hours later, be like I hadn't eaten anything. Do I just control myself, or do any of you have some tips to keep me full for longer other than oatmeal??
