Queasy morning stomach

The past couple of days, I've been waking up with a REALLY queasy stomach for no apparent reason. I can barely down my vitamins with a glass of water. If I eat anything, it comes with a super strong nausea. I usually can eat without feeling sick around after 10:45. Any tips on dealing with this? I've noticed if I eat something in the morning (when I'm not queasy) I won't eat badly during the day. Thanks

I can't take vitamins in the morning, they don't sit well. Maybe you need to eat something right before going to bed or change up what you are eating for dinner?

What have you changed? I take some of my vitamins at night especially iron because they make me queasy. Are you on any new medications? They can be culprits also.

Vitamins make me queasy to that may not be helping the situation. I have to eat gummy vitamins for that reason.

As for waking up with a queasy stomach, my mind immediately went to "pregnant" too, but since that's not the case, could you be experiencing some kind of hormone imbalance? I've had that issue before.

I don't know, I never thought of a hormonal imbalance..
