Did you Stop yo yo dieting? Or trying to stop!
Apparently I am a yo yo dieter. I can lose weight but keeping it off is my biggest challenge! This time I want it to be different! I'm trying a less restrictive way by tracking to 1500 calories per day. I'm losing about 2 pounds a week. When I get to my goal I want to maintain my weight loss. Any tips on how to keep going…
