Always low on fats- good foods to eat??
at the end of my day my fats are always so so low. Just curious some foods I could choose to get it up some.... ( I don't like yogurts, bacon , cheese, peanut butter .... So it's slightly difficult )

Started weighing everything- reality check
about a week ago I started weighing all my foods opposed to "guesstimating " that an apple had 100, or a sweet potato had 200. Holy crap was I shocked . When people on these forums say weigh everything , WEIGH EVERYTHING. Even things like lettuce have more calories them you'd think. I was probably eating around 4-500 more…

Giving up soda , for good
I've decided after a trip to the dentist that it is time I give up my diet -coke addiction for good. I've tried to stop before but get headaches after a day or two cold turkey . Has anyone given up sodas ? Do u replace them with another drink? Thanks

Transferring leftover calories?
just curious if my calorie intake is set at 2000 to lose weight ( with lots of excercise) , and I eat 1800 , will it effect my progress by transferring the extra 200 to the next day to make 2200? Vice versa ?

Acl tear- good excercises post op?
im currently 7 weeks out after having my full Acl reconstructive surgery. My pt has me doing the elliptical, bike, squats, and a wide range of stretches. Curious if anyone else has more knowledge of this then me that could recommend some good stretches or excercises I could be doing ! Thanks
