Always low on fats- good foods to eat??

at the end of my day my fats are always so so low. Just curious some foods I could choose to get it up some....
( I don't like yogurts, bacon , cheese, peanut butter .... So it's slightly difficult )

    avocado, olive oil, coconut oil, any nuts you do like, less lean cuts of meat, full fat dairy, ice cream, butter, hummus, mayo, eggs, granola

    avocados, nuts, olives, cook with some good oils, dark chocolate, etc

    Contains a fair amount of saturates but I use peanut butter because simple and cheap :)
