So delighted to be here... I've lost around 50lbs since I gave birth last year. My question for maintainers... My goal weight is in the middle of my maintance range of 5 lbs, should I get to the bottom of the range to allow for the initial weight gain? Thank you ☺️

Bmi healthy range.
Im nearly at my goal weight, and I would like to drop 5 more lbs. I am 5'7 and have a tiny frame, but 5 more would put me under 20bmi. Is the bottom of the range 20 or 18.5?

Building leg muscle at home?
I can't get to a gym to lift weights, although I'd like to. I'm looking for workouts I could do at home. My arm muscles are bigger than I'd like already, but I have very little muscle tone in my thighs or abdomen. Are resistance bands a good idea? Or body weight exercises? Squats and stuff? So... Wisdom dictates losing weight slowly will give your skin the best chance of staying tight. I am totally in agreement. But I have a question.
