So delighted to be here... I've lost around 50lbs since I gave birth last year. My question for maintainers... My goal weight is in the middle of my maintance range of 5 lbs, should I get to the bottom of the range to allow for the initial weight gain? Thank you ☺️

If you gradually increase your calories until you find your maintenance calories, you won't have an "initial weight gain" because you'll still be losing, just at a slower rate.0

^^This. Up your calories by 100 daily calories per week until you hit your new maintenance level.0

Great! Thank you. I shall do that. I'm going to try to use my extra calories for healthy options and not cake!!0
