Getting motivated?
What is everyone’s top way to get motivated and stay motivated long term for weight loss/fitness? I’ve lost weight before, and I think I understand the mechanics of the process just fine. But I’m really struggling with motivation to get on a routine this time. Somehow I can’t stop self-sabotaging almost immediately. 🤯😢

Option to eat back a percentage of exercise calories
I would like to see a feature where you choose what percentage or fraction of exercise calories to target eating back. For me, the toggle on/off switch isn’t very helpful. I find that exercise calorie estimates are quite high…so I’m left choosing between eating back only some of them, being under my calorie target and…

Calorie goal reset?
Did anyone else’s calorie goal randomly change recently? Unless I’m sleep-MFPing, the app changed my calorie goal from 1200 to 1500 overnight with no changes to my weight loss goals or anything like that.

Bad eating day
I have been doing fairly well, but I binged today. Even went to the grocery to get food...that's how strong the cravings were.
