I would normally drinky vegan hemp protine shake but I won formula 1 quick start on Instagram as a give away.. Any thoughts on herbalife? Good bad? Won't be using the cell pills due to having gelatin most likely coding.
calorie counting or 21 day fix containers? I am on the 21 day fix work out and really don't want to spend 27$ on te containers.. I'm on my 2nd go threw of the workout plan and have lost weight (not over weight by any means) but I just think I'd be better off counting calories thoughts? (Don't be rude please!!)
