It varies. Maybe 2-3 times a week, on average. I only record it once a week, though.

Only at the Dr, so maybe a few times a year.

Every time I walk past a scale, whether at home or at work. It doesn't bother me one bit to see and losses or gains, is just a habit. I only document on Tuesday nights from work though as my official weight.

Use an app like Libra or SmartScale. It's great to get a trend of your weight fluctuations. I weigh every morning but only record the trend weight every 2 weeks.

I weigh after using the toilet in the morning.

Once a week, same day right when I wake up.

Too many variables like water retention to weigh in every day (for me at least)

Each morning I use the bathroom, take off any clothes I'm wearing, and I step on the scale.
