Tracking Fiber/Net Carbs
My main page shows calories, carbs, fat & fiber (it only shows whats left, now my goals) then when I'm logging in food its tracking calories, carbs, fat, protein, sodium and sugar. Why can't I track net carbs OR carb and fiber in the foods I'm eating? Its inconsistent and confusing.

How are you logging in exercise if you just have a busy day?
I recently unsinced my Fitbit and MPF because I was getting so many adjustments and felt I was eating too much. I only lost 1.5 lbs in 4 weeks. MPF has me at 1200 calories so now I just add the exercise calories in from my HRM. Today I was busy - walked a leisure 5k for charity and walked about 19k steps on my FB. How…

Is 30 min on the elliptical really captured on FB?
It's captured in steps, but is it accurate calorie count? When I'm jogging, elliptical or something step based, I'm now not logging any of them and just letting FB send over adjustments based on steps instead of l logging them in MFP but I miss seeing the exercise trend. How do you log in HIIT workouts? Also, I have MPF sinced with FitBit and since strength training measure steps what's the best way to log those calories in? I'm sure there's a link somewhere addressing it, but I can't find it. Thanks!

Create 5 meals? Look at weekly remaining calories? New app?
Anyone know if you can customize MFP to create 5 meals instead of 3 meals and just snacks? Also would like to compare my daily remaining calories at a glance. Daily goal fluctuation?
when setting my goals it only allows me to put in percentages for macros but not actual amounts. Is there way to change this? Also I noticed that my goals change, when I look at the details under nutrition, some days my fat is 35 g other days it's up to 49? Why is this changing I'm trying to set the same# goal every day…
