Ok yesterday i consumed 1720 calories but i burned 1500 with all the exercising i did walking, mowing grass, basketball.i just wondering if that's good i felt like a million bucks yesterday.and i ate like 145g of protien so i met my protien goal.just curious if i should have eatin back all the cals i burned?

12 pounds in 10 days......bad?
I started a calorie deficit 10 days ago and since my diet started I've lost 12 pounds.i also quit soda's and fast food.is it bad to have lost that much so quick.i've been told no more than 2 pounds a week.just wanting to hear other peoples views

exercise with a calorie deficit
For about twelve days now ive done a calorie deficit and been exercising.im taking in about 1500 to 1800 calories and i power walk for about 4 miles every morning and every other day i play basketball hard for about 45 mins.my question is if i stick with it will weight loss come or should i up my exercising?
