Gym activity overwrites daily steps??
My activity level is sedentary so mfp logs the steps I've made and adds a calorie allowance. If I go to the gym I enter the activity I've done and it gives me calories for that too. But a couple of times I've noticed the gym activity 'wipes out' my daily steps so I only get a credit for gym work. This is even where earlier…

Hard to meet targets for carb protein fat
I find it difficult to meet the targets for carbs, protein and fat. I've cut out most bread, pasta, rice and am eating veg instead. This is easy so far and I haven been too hungry. Also my sugar is usually too high but my feeling is that because it's mostly fruit sugar I shouldn't be too worried?? I think I'd only manage…
