Back on Phase 1 for a while....
I went on phase 4 in November, at around 125 pounds. And then with Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays, etc I kind of fell off the wagon. I got on the scale this morning and was back up to 139! So...I'm going back on phase 1 for a while to get back down where I need to be. I'll keep y'all updated :)

PHASE 2!!
Hey y'all, I started IP in the beginning of May. I was 189 pounds and had about 44% body fat. As of this morning, I am now at 125 and 20% body fat!!! So...my coach put me on phase 2!! Woo!!! Weight Loss is Slowing Down...help!
I had been averaging about 3-4 (sometimes 5!) pounds per week and have lost about 40 total. But I only lost 1 pound last week and 1 pound again this week. Inches are still going down (another 1 inch off my waist and 1/2 an inch off my hips this week), which is good...but its still a little frustrating to not see the scale…

What are your favorite IP foods?
I generally eat the same things every day: chocolate or cappuccino drink for breakfast, salt&vinegar or BBQ crisps with lunch, and pudding as a snack. But I'm looking to mix it up a little this next month while I'm on vacation. There are just so many foods that I don't know what to try! So...what are your favorites?

Hey y'all! So my family is going down to Florida for the whole month of July. Part of me is super excited because, hey, by that point I'll be about 25 pounds lighter and a lot more confident at the beach. So I'm on week 2 of IP, but I'm following the vegetarian protocol (lots of tofu and low-carb Boca burgers!). Anyone else doing the vegetarian version?

What's the deal with the Restricted foods?
So I know I can only have 1 restricted food per day, but do I have to have one? My favorite IP foods are all unrestricted...is that okay? Will my results be different if I don't have the restricted foods?
