Running fuel
I need tips! I am a 21 year old training for a half marathon. I'm getting up to 7-8 mile runs now and The minimum daily is 4 miles. So I'm doing about 20 per week. Okay I've seen some people who's goal is 1,200 calories a day. To mee that seems epically low, but maybe I just can't do it? I've always been taught that a general rule is 1,500 plus exercise. I feel like I'm actually getting some food that way- and suggestions?
