Seeing the underside of 205 for the first time...
two years ago, I weighed 204.8. Then it went up. This morning, I weighed 202. I have concentrated on more healthy choices, and portion control. I'm getting better at recognizing when I'm "comfort eating". I've added some minimal exercise. And I'm pleased with how this is working so far. I *CAN* do this!

12 lbs down...
... in about a week. I suspect my scale lies to me. If it's not a lie, then I'll chalk it up to water-weight / beginner's luck. I seriously doubt 12 lbs a week is sustainable for me.
