Seeing the underside of 205 for the first time...

two years ago, I weighed 204.8. Then it went up. This morning, I weighed 202.

I have concentrated on more healthy choices, and portion control. I'm getting better at recognizing when I'm "comfort eating". I've added some minimal exercise. And I'm pleased with how this is working so far.

I *CAN* do this!

    Awesome!! I hovered around 205 pounds for years. Felt so good to finally get below that! Good for you!
