? For fitbit gurus...
I just got my fitbit zip. I am all set up, but i noticed in the app settings of MFP, i am not set up to track steps. For some reason i am unable to enable my step tracking. They both say i am connected, but none of mfp stuff is getting transferred to fitbit. Can any of you help me figure this out?

I know exercise is a must, both cardio and stregth training. My question(s); cardio 1 day strength training the next? Or cardio and strength training all in the same day then rest the following day?

getting a little better
So, i have been on here 1 week now. I am really seeing just how poor my habits were. Being honest with myself and my tracker, i see my changes and i see progress. I also see a lot of red numbers! The goal is definitely to stop seeing red. It's going to come together... day by day.
