I keep falling off track..
I start out doing good, eating better, excercising more but that only lasts like a week and i end up falling off the wagon and binge eating again. I need help, i know my way of eating is not normal. I keep trying and trying but always end up in the same place... so frustrated

Messed up my diet :(
So my calorie count was going perfect until i thought eating a small bag of peanuts would do no harm then i realize that bag had like over 3,000 calories. How is that possible??? :( :( :( :(
