What are some exercises that burn the most calories and can be done at home?

    Jogging/running, simulated jump roping, cardio kickboxing, etc. There are lots of options out there since movement alone increases calorie burn.

    For calorie burn:

    Jump rope
    Burpees
    Jump squats
    Jumping jacks

    I would do HIIT with all of those.

    Also, shaking a bed sheet is a surprisingly good workout.

    It all depends on what your goals are. Whether it is just cardio, strength or both. There are so many options it is mind boggling.

    If you do not want to or can not invest in any equipment then there are dozens of calisthenics that can be combined to give you a good total body workout. A good place to learn about them is here at calisthenicexercise.com/.

    If you can afford a small amount towards equipment that can use only your body weight to improve your fitness I am a fan and have used the TRX Suspension Trainer.
