CUT OR BULK?????
Boditrax says I’m 12.9% BF, I told myself I’d like to get under 12% and then bulk, as I don’t want to lose too much muscle, but I still can’t lose the tiny bit of lower belly fat. Do I keep cutting or bulk to add more muscle then cut down again later????

SUGAR
What’s everyone’s thoughts on sugar. I’m bulking now, and on around 380 carbs a day, made up of porridge oats, rice, bread, fruit etc, but sometimes struggle to stay under the sugar goal on MFP which is 84g a day? Does sugar really have a negative outcome when bulking????

Gaining Fat and Losing Muscle on a bulk
I’m 36, 165 lbs, 13%BF, I’m bulking on 3000 Cals a day (my maintainance is 2700), but I seem to be putting on fat (which I knew is inevitable with a bulk) but losing muscle and losing weight. CALORIE CONFUSION???

Potassium???
When I look at the nutrition section of MFP I tend to hit all vitamins and macros nicely, but potassium I never get close, I average 480mg a day but it says the goal is 3500mg, anyone else have this problem, should I get more potassium??? What happens if I don’t get enough potassium?

BE AWARE OF CHANGING MACROS ON PACKETS
