Finally results!!

I've been gyming for years on and off, but never got results, then after becoming a dad started to put on weight again. This time I was determined to get results. I hit the gym again, but this time I properly measured everything.
I counted calories, watched my macros and took pictures to see any (hopeful) progress. I think the biggest mistake I used to make was, I ate "healthy" food, but just too much of it, so counting calories and watching macros was a massive help, intermittent fasting was a great tool too, I did 16:8. Still got work to do, but enjoying it
