BE AWARE OF CHANGING MACROS ON PACKETS

I count everything via MFP and eat a lot of the same foods, so use the ‘recent foods’ section, but I noticed lately that if a food item runs out, and I go to the shops (Tesco) and buy another one, obviously I wouldn’t have to scan again, but they sneakily changed the contents, for example Tesco 25g of mixed nuts is 14.2 fat, but the new barcode says 25g is 4g fat, that’s a big difference, and is incorrect, some people might not of known that and could easy of overdone the fat.
Just be careful is the point I’m trying to make
Rant over sorry!
