So on this app i've did 1189 steps & it says i've burned like 18 calories on LifeSum it says i've done 1189 steps but i've burned 59 calories? Any thoughts? is there a way to manually calculate this?

what does your typical week of working out look like? like how many times do you go? do you do cardio everyday? weight lifting everyday? Also will weight lifting help weight loss?

I'm not sure why but this motivated me so much more when I found this out. this maybe common sense for many but for others who don't know 1 pound = 3500 calories. if you work out every day & burn 500 calories (500x7=3500) you could lose up to 1 pound each week.
