College student in need of help

I'm a college student. but I hate to use that as in excuse of me gaining weight and not being able to lose it. anyways it's 2016 and I'm ready to shed these pounds 1 by 1 I'm at 140 right now and I want 20 pounds gone by summer! I need some motivators to help me stick to this!!!

    I feel ya. Same exact story here. You should add friends and open your diary. That helped me. You feel like you are held more accountable. You can also enter your food in before you eat it to see how it fits in your macros and cals. There are a lot of different ways and beliefs out there, but I think low sugar and carb are the key. And exercise of course. Cardio burns more calories in the short run and building some muscle burns more at rest. I aim for both. Good luck! You got this!
