Has anyone here taken part in the ASN 6 week shred program? Not after the competing side of it, however would like to know the nutritional value of them providing macro advice and this biotrack system.
I have recently suffered a grade 2 torn calf which takes approximately 4-6 weeks to recover. During this time i would like to keep up with some cardio. Any suggestions on what can be done? I have been told cycling isn't bad as long as I pedal with my heels and not balls of the feet.
Anyone here with hints/ tips on cutting.
I am not always the most organised person while at work so some days I forget to bring lunch. Any ideas on what good takeaway options for trying to maintain weight/ cut fat % (besides wraps/salads at subway)
