Stress and weight loss?
Wondered what your experiences are with stress and losing. I normally eat more under moderate stress, and less under extreme levels. This is the first time I've logged through a very high stress and I'm losing more weight than the calories justify. What is your experience with weight and stress levels?

Do BG lows ever occur without diabetes drugs?
I'm asking because my t2 mother is deathly afraid of lows. I'm trying to understand as someone who is on a ketogenic diet. Does a low ever happen without drugs or is it actually caused by too high insulin dose?

I literally forgot to eat the Chocolate Truffle Bomb Cake and Banana Nut Bread..

What foods have you replaced? What have you eliminated?
Not as in 'never' eat, but foods you no longer consider part of your everyday eating plan. I've replaced.. soda, milk & juice with water half/half with heavy cream cereal with eggs & eliminated.. cake, pastry, bread, buns, cookies, chips & crackers sugar/sweetener in coffee

Eat everything in Moderation as dietary advice?
I'm fairly new here, but have been a bit overwhelmed with all the eat everything in modération advice that is despensed regardless of dietary issues. Are there some studies available to read that give the eat everything/moderation plan some credibility?
