I literally forgot to eat the Chocolate Truffle Bomb Cake and Banana Nut Bread..

.. and realized it just before bed.

I'm so excited! I had pretty much planned on having a bad calorie day due to remaining birthday cake and some mouthwatering banana nut bread leftover from the birthday girl's meal request. I've been good on calories pretty much and it was time for a treat.

Am on extremely low carb diet to address creeping blood sugar levels, and I always eat my fat/protein calories before carbs as it helps me limit impulsive carb eating. Tonight made me realize how much it helped, I had been planning my carb/calorie splurge all day!

Leftovers - tuna salad and a creamy shrimp/bacon skillet were slated for dinner.

Afterwards I wandered off and forgot the bread & cake!

That NEVER happens!

    Working to make sure I don't miss it tonight!

    It is a little bizarre again today - didn't get hungry til 3pm. I hope it keeps up!

    Congrats! Reducing carbs helped me limit my impulsive carb eating as well.
