Feel frustrated!
really frustrated with not losing.. My calorie goal is 1390 per day.. Can anyone suggest a good menu? As clearly what I'm doing is wrong.. Macros were set by MFP at 50% carbs 30% fat and 20% protein but I don't think this is right for me :/ help!!!!!

12 days and not lost an ounce :( I must be doing something wrong :( feel like all I ever do is fail and I hate being so overweight :( need to lose 50lbs :(

Changing Macros
i have been following MFP for 10 days and have not lost anything :( I honestly think the 50% carbs a day is too much for me.. Has anyone else had to change the macros they were given for it to work?

just finished my first week and not lost anything :( wondering if this really works for everyone :(
