Porridge makes me hungry
Anyone else have this problem? I can eat anywhere between 50 to 100 grams of store brand unsweetened oats with a couple of tablespoons of peanut butter and I'll be hungry pretty much straight away as if I haven't eaten at all. This is driving me crazy, I really like porridge with PB, but it seems to be doing me more harm…

Bent over rear delt raises and barbell bench presses
Am I the only one who struggles with these? No matter how light a weight I use I can't do rear delt raises properly and I struggle to move the barbell up and down in a controlled manner on bench presses. My arms are all over the place, again regardless of weight. It's more just keeping my arms in place, I have better…

Struggling with fat loss
Really badly struggling, feel tired and constantly hungry as soon as I wake up and it's killing my focus at the gym and with everything else. I'm currently 146 lbs/5'5 ft/32 years old/30.5 inch waist but can't stick with any fat loss macros long enough to make any further progress. And it's really annoying me because I…

Carbs pre-workout
Does anyone else after eating low-gi carbs pre-workout suddenly feel really hungry, lethargic and unable to focus properly at the gym? I'm sure I'm supposed to feel the opposite of all of those.

Carb back loading
Does anyone do this? If so what are your thoughts? Does anyone 'break the rules' on this and enjoy lower gi carbs such as porridge and still make it work?

Does anyone here use Carb back loading?
If so, how do you feel energy wise? And does anyone who does this still have porridge? Because everything I've read on this seems to utterly demonise porridge as some awful, bland tasting bowl of punishment. But I absolutely love it.

Fat Loss or Lean Bulk?
Keen on opinions based on experience and wondering what others have done in the same situation. I'm currently 146 lbs, 5 ft 5 in height, 30 inch waist, male and going off pictures of examples of BF% about 16% body fat. So my question is, do you think losing fat or building muscle should be the priority? I want lower body…

Calories too high, too low, just right?
Hi everyone, I'm not new to dieting, macros tracking, weight lifting, etc. Been doing it since 2012 but still never exactly sure where I stand. I got told by someone who seems to be an expert that for lifting weights five times a week to lose fat I should be eating less than 1700 calories a day. I am 5'5 ft tall, 30.5 inch…

Eat To Perform
Can somebody kindly give me their thoughts on this and a general outline of what it is please? I have a fair idea, but would quite like to hear from anyone who has subscribed to it. It seems quite interesting. My best guess is you eat significantly more on training days with low GI carbs just before working out and high GI…
