Carbs pre-workout

Does anyone else after eating low-gi carbs pre-workout suddenly feel really hungry, lethargic and unable to focus properly at the gym? I'm sure I'm supposed to feel the opposite of all of those.

    Depends on what you are eating and how long before workout. Carbs tend to have more of an effect on supplying me with energy so I dont run out. Its a question of timing.

    If its not suiting you then try fasted or a different pre workout snack.
