Carb back loading

Does anyone do this? If so what are your thoughts? Does anyone 'break the rules' on this and enjoy lower gi carbs such as porridge and still make it work?

    No. It's just some guy's marketing of carb cycling (diet protocol) that allows for more "junk food". Does it work, yes...assuming you establish a calorie deficit needed to lose weight...but so is the case for ANY diet protocol.
