50 lbs down - 1 year
I can't believe I'm posting this. I sat here one year ago reading success stories and wondering if it could ever be me. All I can tell you is "do it". Put one foot in front of the other. Don't give up. Don't think about it too much. Just "do it". I've never felt better. I feel healthy and happy and you can too !!!

Made it over 20 lbs lost.....

A little stuck.....
Successfully lost 20 lbs at a steady pace. At least 30 more to go. I've been stuck at the same weight for a couple of weeks and the only thing I've done differently is a glass of wine (within my cal) a few times these past 2 weeks. I understand cico and its brought m this far but does anyone else experience a fluctuation…

It's happened.......
i knew it would one day but it sucks. Got on the scale this am for my weekly weigh in and didn't lose anything. I had a great week - ate properly - so I'll just have to hope it's water. Lost 15 lbs up until now so I'm trying to stay positive lol. I think I'll weigh again daily until I see a drop. Is that a bad idea?

Setting your goal....help
I've read once in awhile that you should update your goal every 10 pounds or so to make sure the calories you require are correct. I set me goal for the final weight I want to be. Was that wrong?
