Question.....

I don't always have time to exercise (I know I should and I want to improve that - but that's a discussion for another time).....so my situation is this -
I'm on my feet all day at my job - we own a busy restaurant and I'm constantly running around seating people and setting tables and clearing tables etc. always on the move - maybe paperwork for 1 hour sitting.
Should I put sedentary or lightly active for my exercise level?

Lightly active! Working in a restaurant is no joke. You need fuel for that. Sedentary wouldn't give you the calories you need to be working the way you work.0

lightly active or the one above AT LEAST. i work at a corporate desk job and barely work in 3,000 steps by 5:30 PM. now that's pretty sedentary....0

Ok thanks. That's what I've been working with and I've lost over 17 lbs but the last couple of weeks I didn't lose a full pound each week like I was before so I started thinking maybe I had overestimated my exercise level.0

I agree with lightly active or active! I am a pet groomer and never sit. I stand at my table and walk to and from the bathing room multiple times a day. I count myself as lightly active, just because I stand more than I walk, but I am not sitting either.0

Ok good to know. I literally move non stop. So I think I'll stick with lightly active.0
