Successfully lost 20 lbs at a steady pace. At least 30 more to go. I've been stuck at the same weight for a couple of weeks and the only thing I've done differently is a glass of wine (within my cal) a few times these past 2 weeks. I understand cico and its brought m this far but does anyone else experience a fluctuation in weight after drinking alcohol?

It's probably not the glass of wine. You've done very well losing all that, maybe your reached a plateau ? How often do you exercise ?

If you are eating the same things day in and day out, switch it up and go that extra mile working out, like literally a mile LOL

Thanks. Good article. I'm walking and I was swimming but it cooled off and I haven't swam in at least a week ....hmmmmm. I have a very active job so that's still the same. Just wondered about the wine. I'm still motivated and know if I stick with it I'll lose more eventually.

If you are within your goal then the wine is not the problem. Do you use a food scale? How accurate is your logging?

I think I'm doing good and yes I have a scale but I'm definitely going to get more strict with the weighing. Sometimes I eyeball and I think I could do better. I over estimate calories and always pick the higher items in the data base and always have some left over calories at the end of the day. I log faithfully.

Have you recalculated your goal calories since losing the 20lbs? Congrats on that btw.

Oh, and two weeks stuck is annoying I know, but normal. After 6 weeks I'd be dropping my cals.

Haha. Omg 6 weeks would kill me lol. Great video. Wow. Definitely going to put that scale to use. I have recalculated my goal every couple of weeks and it reduces my calories by 10 each time.
But hey guys - who cares as long as I can have that glass of wine.......lol.
