Apart from Lifting Weights - How can i get stronger?
I'm limited to the weights i can lift (i.e workout at home and don't have a squat rack, nearest Gym is miles away & a hassle to get to) but i wanted to know how i can become stronger, without relying on lifting weights?

Is this Skinny Fat?
I keep hearing about people being Skinny Fat and just wanted to know who'd be classed as skinny fat. This is a photo of me when i was 130 pounds. I'm now 12 pounds heavier, but would like to get back down to that weight - but interested to know if i was "skinny fat".
