Can people post some before/after photos where they weigh more but look better?! Those are my favorite . Sometimes I get discouraged by the weight number and start to lose sight of how much better a muscular and toned body looks! Thanks

To clarify from the beginning, I am not anti carb or anything, just choose to minimize grains because they bother my stomach and I feel so much better without. I however am at a point where I CANNOT.EAT.ANY.MORE.EGGS. Would love some other ideas, thanks!
