so i have been looking for a watch that will tell me how many calories ive burnt, distance etc & came across this 'fitbit' make online the watches sound amazing & are reasonable price nut just wondering if anyone has one or tried one, what yous think & if there worth it (i would be wearing mine quite a lot! Any tips for stiff & sore arms after workouts?
Yesterday i done a 'little' arms workout with my boyf & he put me through my pases, cooled down & stretched off however i'm feeling extremely sore, normally stretching is enough & bareable however my arms are in bits. Any tips or products used to release aching/pain i heard tiger balm is supposed to help?
