So i've recently finished college & lost my job. Going to the gym after college or work was so easy as i finished at 4-5pm & still had plenty evergy & time to workout & rest. Now i've took my old job back, working 12 hour shifts (8am-8pm) 3-5 times a week (a mix of days & nights). I love being fit & active however i do still feel the need to hit the gym 4-5 times a week (even though i am constantly on my feet at work, literally i walk miles) but this isnt enough to loose the weight. So i will go to the gym after work at 8pm & work out & even swim. I'm finding my weight loss & personal journey exciting & motivating but im worried working such long shifts & working out as long & hard as i do will eventually take tole on my body. I am going to university in september so i should be back to being able to work out at a reasonable time but until then i am stuck working full time. Anyone in a similar situation or could shed some advice i'd really appreciate it. Thank you! X
