Measuring crossfit calories
Interested in any input about how to measure crossfit calories. Thinking of purchasing heart rate monitor, but I have read these are better for steady state moderate workouts, which is totally not xfit. Anyone have suggestions?

Running calories
Is it just me or are these running calories calculated about 20% high? Is MFP tallying my weight into the run + 100 lbs or something?

Is staying within your macro goal very important?
So I looked at my macros for the first time today after doing MFP for 3 weeks. Typically I'm eating about 20% less carbs each day and about 10% more of both protein and fat. I've lost 13 lbs in 3 weeks. I also train about 6 days a week with weights and then a crossfit workout. Do I need to bump up my carbs or is the extra…
