Protein powder- yes or no?
Hi there. I'm looking for some advices when it comes to protein powder/shakes or so. I want to start using it for building muscles, so everything you say, will be usefull. Is it early to start at the age of 18? Which ones are you using?

Muscle defining?
Hi everyone, I've got a question. I've lost about 11lbs, got to the point where I'm happy with my 18.1% of body fat and about 21 BMI and now I want to define muscles. So, does defining neccesaraly go with gaining weigt? If I maintain body waight and workout as usual (daily), what do I get as a result?

Hey, is there something wrong with me or what? I ate normaly today, not feeling hungry or anything, I exercised, and MFP is telling me I under-ate. I don't know where the problem is, me or MFP?

Calories
So I'm not completely sure how calories work. For example, if I eat 100 calories and then burn 100, is that like I didn't eat them at all?
