Is there anyone who's done just HIIT for a month? What happened within that month? Just curious

Hey there I have been doing it with a personal trainer for 4 months now. Have seen change in body shape. Have to improve my diet for further changes.0

HIIT is great for cardiovascular health and burning calories. But if you're not keeping track of what you eat it's easy to eat back all of the calories you burn. If that's the case, you won't see much difference in the mirror.0
