Lol, I must just still be old school. I still use a watch, legal pad and pen. I make myself design my workouts for the week. I don't even take my phone or tab to the gym.0

I used to do it on paper, but I travel a good bit and it's nice to have all my info on my phone, or just know I only need my phone when heading wherever. It's also nice to devise workouts wherever I'm at.
-Fitness Point Pro to track lifting logs.
-Sworkit Pro for ab specific and also interval cardio.
-Deck of Cards workout - assign an exercise to each suit, draw a card, and do the number of exercises in the suit that's on the card. Love this app for cardio. Try to beat your previous time or add more difficult exercises.
-Pandora to motivate my butt.
-Mapmyfitness for bike rides.
-An app called Get Fight Fit to generate random combative combinations in a heavy bag.
-Fitbit (with a Flex)to track running, walking, and activities I'm doing not specific to a workout, and I also have an Aria scale that syncs to Fitbit, MFP, and another app I use called Monitor Your Weight that displays my weight data in a little easier way to analyze than FB or MFP.
I haven't used my all time favorite exercise app in quite a while, but I love an obscure iPhone only app called Body Fate. You tell the app what equipment you have (includes about anything you can think of), whether you're beginner, intermediate, or advanced, and how long you want to work out. It's kind of set up as a game where you occasionally are asked health trivia questions, and are punished with about 80 jumping jacks if you answer incorrectly, but you spend quite a lot more time exercising than playing a game. It hasn't been updated in several years, but it's still great.

Strava for collecting all my running and cycling activites, because it's a good social platform.
Sportstracks.com / Sportstrack.mobi for additional running analysis and workout planning.
Garmin Connect because my Garmin GPS running watch feeds it, which feeds Strava and Sportstracks.
