I do Jillian michaels DVDs 4 times week using 3kg dumbells on days I don't exercise I want to do more with weights to tone up arms especially the upper under part what are best exercise to do and how many reps per set to see results

How to tone bumpy looking skin during weight loss
i have lost 9lbs and have 11lbs to my goal I am 5 5 and aiming for 9st 10lbs I do Jillian michaels beginner shred 3 times week use 2kg dumbells but skin on legs is looking bumpy and top of arms any advice for exercise to improve:tone hols in 5 weeks panic!

i have goal set for carbs as 50% but today under calories but showed 52% as total click on pie chart carb segment and shows had 110g and target is 150g so am confused

Should calorie goal reduce as loose weight?
i have lost 7lbs and to reach my goal weight I need to loose 13lbs should the calorie goal for the day reduce as at stages of weight loss? When I did w watchers years ago if you had less than stone to loose your daily points were reduced.

How many calories to cut back on for exercise
i have target 1200 calories a day and am always slightly under this I have do Jillian michaels beginner shred DVDs how many. Calories should I cut back for weight loss I estimate her 20 min workout maybe 50 calories as rough guess I have 10lbs to lose in 7 weeks

Started using Jillian mi hawks 30 day shred but gained 2lbs over 2.5 weeks started my fitness plan no exercise have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks if I start DVDs again will I start gaining on scales again need to lose 12 lbs I use dumbells 2kg
