Started using Jillian mi hawks 30 day shred but gained 2lbs over 2.5 weeks started my fitness plan no exercise have lost 6lbs in 3 weeks if I start DVDs again will I start gaining on scales again need to lose 12 lbs I use dumbells 2kg

Its probably related to DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness). Drink plenty of water and keep pushing working out. You will lose and remember the scale lies. I would rely more on how your clothes fit or take pictures so you can see the change. The scale will fluctuate constantly.0

I'm really confused.
So you gained weight when you did Jillian for 2 weeks (probably water weight combined with inaccurate logging), quit exercising and lost weight after 3 weeks (lost water weight and perhaps a change in logging habits)?
Any time you start a new workout routine, especially a relatively strenuous one when you were pretty sedentary before you began, your body will flood your muscles with water to repair them. After you get more used to working out, the water should come off, resulting in weight loss if you're eating at a calorie deficit.
How are you measuring and logging your food? The diet will be the major determining factor in whether or not you lose weight, no matter what exercise plan you choose.0 -
Thanks the DVDs is Jillian michaels not what said in post I will start again this week they are 20 min workouts but intense so will resume thanks0
