10 pounds gone, eating approx. 2000 cals a day, and so much stronger - #strongnotskinny w/ pictures!
I used MFP a year ago to get down to a healthy BMI, and about three months ago I started using it again purely for vanity. Diet: I am a vegetarian. I started in July at about 1800 calories a day, then upped that to 2100 calories a day (about a month ago) as I neared my goal. My macros right now are 200c/75f/165p. I cheat…

Suggested daily caloric intake is much different in FitBit than in MFP?
Hi! Sorry if this has been answered elsewhere! I just bought a FitBit Charge HR yesterday. I have the same goal in MFP as in FitBit, which is to lose about .5 lbs a week. I'm at a healthy BMI, and though I do want to lose about 10 pounds, that goal is secondary. I started using MFP to track my macros and was ALARMED by the protein requirements. I have…

Hi! I'm a vegetarian and I'm training for a half-marathon.
About a year ago, I started running, doing moderate strength training and using MFP to get down to a healthy BMI. I maintained that for a year, and now I'm back with the goal of losing about 10 vanity pounds, getting MUCH stronger and completing my first half-marathon in October. I'm now running five days a week, including…
