How do you log a group fitness class?
I want to meet the group fitness class task in the Whole Heart Challenge, but cannot find that type of exercise under cardio. What do I search for?

Cutting way down on alcohol
I'm resuming my calorie counting because my weight was creeping up again. I've been successful for 2 weeks at cutting back my alcohol consumption from 2 drinks a day to 2 a week. My weight has stabilized, but I expected it to go down a bit. What should I expect assuming my activity level and food intake remains the same?

What is your fiber goal (grams) and how do you meet it?
I'm shooting for 25 grams of fiber a day right now and barely making it. I confess I eat one of those Fiber One bars a day to help get there. I know plenty of fresh foods have fiber, but this fits into my hectic schedule. I'd love to hear how others do it.

Losing weight too fast?
I have been counting calories for less than a month and I'm down more than 8lbs. Granted, I had bronchitis for part of that time and on antibiotics.
